Plecto Expert Services

Use your free 3-5 hours with a Plecto expert (after your 1st onboarding) to be spent on questions specific to your set-up or simply let them set Plecto up for you.

Session 1: Get to know Plecto

Duration: 1 hour

When: Scheduled during your purchase or as soon as possible upon start


Meet with your dedicated customer success manager via Zoom.
In addition to learning handy tips and getting the training you need to succeed until the next meeting, you'll be able to discuss:

  • Your team’s needs, key focus areas, and overall objectives
  • Main KPIs to track for your team's goals
  • Your ideal timeline for implementing Plecto
  • Features you want to use for optimal team performance

Session 2: Set up your data or dashboards with PES

Duration: 2 or 4 hours

Requirements: Only available after you have taken your first onboarding

When: Recommended within the first 30 days of your subscription


Meet our Plecto experts who will be prepped on your setup so far, and ready to help you with the technicalities. Use this session as either:

  • An interactive session where you get help from a Plecto expert to build formulas, set up dashboards, or any technical training you need
  • Or, simply tell your Plecto expert what KPIs you want to see, and they'll set it up for you

Session 3: Follow up on your set-up

Duration: 1 hour

When: Typically within first 2 months of your subscription


Check in with your CSM to assess your setup and how it’s working for your team. Ask any specifics about:

  • KPIs
  • Feature functionality
  • How you can optimize your setup

Where relevant, your CSM will take you through other Plecto features to implement to take your team’s performance to the next level, such as running fun contests!

Session 4: Finesse your set-up

Duration: 1 hour

When: Must be used within the first 3 months of subscription


Fine-tune your setup and iron out any technical hurdles you need to overcome during this final free session with the Plecto Expert Service team.

Request any final dashboards, contests, reports, or other features you want to use. That way Plecto will be running smoothly for your team without further work on your end.
